Born and raised in the Netherlands, Vera Grace is a DJ and producer currently based in Amsterdam. Her distinctive, raw sound is characterized by industrial textures and hypnotic atmospheres, infused with a sense of tension and release. Vera leads her listeners on a restless journey, drawing inspiration from eeriness and the raw sounds of old-school techno, such as the iconic 909 drum machine. While she is recognized for her harder edge, she's also venturing into more slower, hypnotic realms, bringing her listeners in a trance while staying true to the core elements of techno. Much like herself, she keeps the dancefloor moving while building towards eclectic and powerful climaxes. Last year saw the release of her notable EP 'Manipulation' on Sacred Court, as well as her debut album 'Infernvm,' featuring nine tracks released on Deestricted, where she also holds residency. Having recently graduated from the Conservatorium of Amsterdam, Vera's weekends are spent playing in clubs around the globe, including her home country, where she has graced renowned events such as Awakenings, Intercell, and Soenda. She kicked off 2024 with an all nighter at her cherished club BASIS, where she is also a resident.
