Paul Woolford

Double Grammy nominated producer, remixer, song-writer and DJ Paul Woolford has been redefining and reinventing all shapes of dance music for over 20 years. He has has applied his touch to hundreds of records, including the global multi-platinum single Looking For Me with Diplo and Kareen Lomax, as well as working with Ellie Goulding, Sam Smith, Depeche Mode, Chemical Brothers, Gabriels, Tori Amos, Lana Del Rey, Disclosure, Jamie XX, London Grammar, Underworld, Morgan Geist and plenty more. You are as likely to hear his music on daytime radio as you are on runways for the likes of Givenchy, Fendi, Burberry, Marc Jacobs and various other designers. Woolford has recorded 6 Essential Mixes for BBC Radio 1, completed an 18 month Residency for the station as well as sitting in for Pete Tong’s legendary show twice in 2022. He has released 4 official mix compilations including most recently DJ Kicks 25th Anniversary: Special Request. As a DJ he tours relentlessly and held down a 9 year residency at Space on Sundays in Ibiza, as well as a 7 year hometown residency at Back To Basics in Leeds, in addition to playing pretty much every respected serious venue of note globally. Woolford sites a combination of the raw energy and diversity of the pirate radio airwaves, a lifetime of collecting records and the enlightenment of his art school days as key influences.
